How I work
Good drawings answer questions before anyone asks them
Every set is produced with the people who will actually use it in mind: the owner deciding, the reviewer approving, and the crew building. That means coordinating with the consultants early, detailing to the level the project genuinely needs, and being reachable while the job is in the field.
Coordination first
Owners, general contractors, civil engineers, architects and MEP and structural consultants, working from the same set.
Detail that holds up
The right level of detail for the job, whether that is a small addition or a large governmental package.
Local knowledge
Marion County and central Florida — the codes, the reviewers and the way properties out here are actually used.
